Nicole Hambling
I first started practising Pilates over 13 years ago, after suffering one too many running injuries. I started to see the benefits after a very short period of time. Pilates helped me to recover rapidly from my injuries, by rebalancing my body and strengthening the areas of weakness. My overall strength and muscular endurance improved significantly. I now feel healthier, stronger and fitter than ever.
I became passionate about the Pilates method and decided to become an instructor to be able to teach others the benefits of Pilates.
I am a qualified level 3 instructor and have completed specialist diplomas in the following:
-
Pilates for back pain and other common orthopaedic conditions
-
Pilates with small equipment
-
Pre and post natal pilates
-
Pilates for neurological conditions
-
Pilates for cyclists and runners
-
Pilates for osteoporosis
I am registered and insured with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS):
REPS is an independent, public register which recognises the qualifications and expertise of health-enhancing exercise instructors in the UK. REPs provides a system of regulation for instructors and trainers to ensure that they meet the health and fitness industry’s agreed National Occupational Standards. REPs provides assurance and confidence to the public and employers that all professionals on the Register are appropriately qualified and have the knowledge, competence and skills to perform their role effectively.
