Pre and Post Natal

Breathing and relaxation techniques will prove invaluable during pregnancy and labour, helping to release tension in the body, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.  Strengthening the core muscles and pelvic muscles will protect the spine when carrying the baby and will help your abdominal muscles return to normal after delivery.  Pilates is ideal for the postnatal period. The exercises will help to tone the stomach after giving birth, by strengthening the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor.
